Covid- Open House/Showings Guideline:

“Doug Ford, the Premier of Ontario, has agreed that our area may enter into Phase 3 of the re opening program of Ontario. As part of this direction, Realtors may now hold Open Houses but there still will be protocols. The first protocol will be dependent upon whether or not the Seller is comfortable opening their house up in this manner. The second part will be all parties adhering to the protocols which you may view below. Royal LePage ProAlliance Realty, Brokerage has established a set of guidelines for Open Houses and Realtor requested showings.
